Data led SEO & digital marketing

We read what your buyers actually complain about, then build the system that answers it

Most agencies start with a keyword tool. We start with the words your customers use when they are annoyed: reviews, forums, support tickets, sales calls. Then we automate the pipeline that turns those signals into pages, campaigns and a number your finance team can check.

The research

Five things people say about agencies, in their own words

We ran the same pain point research on our own industry that we run for clients. These are the complaints that come up over and over. Each one is a design decision for us.

An agency can show 400,000 impressions and a 4% follower rise while the pipeline sits empty.

What we do insteadEvery report opens with pipeline and revenue. If a number cannot change a decision, it does not go on the page. The test we use: if this went up 20% next month, what would you do differently?

A contract that commits you to twelve months before any result has been shown protects the agency, not you.

What we do insteadRolling monthly, thirty days notice, from month one. We would rather earn the renewal than litigate it.

Losing the agency means losing conversion history, audience lists and years of account structure.

What we do insteadAccounts are created under your credentials before we touch anything. Analytics, Search Console, ad platforms, tag manager. If you leave, you leave with all of it.

Some agencies use the technical gap to make clients feel they should not ask too many questions.

What we do insteadPlain English reporting with the method shown underneath. Every automation we build is documented in a repo you can read. Ask any question. We answer it without a slide.

An agency that spends the whole discovery call pitching is selling a template, not a strategy.

What we do insteadOur first call is us asking questions and you talking. You get the data audit whether or not you hire us.

Why it matters

63% of CMOs report increased pressure from their CFO to prove ROI, and 61% from their CEO.

Spring 2025 CMO Survey, 281 marketing leaders, via Swydo

The consequenceThe person signing your marketing invoice is being asked to defend it. Reporting that cannot survive that conversation costs you the budget, not just the meeting.

The method

Four stages. The middle two are automated

This is a technology company that does marketing, not a marketing company that bought some tools. Research and judgement are human. Extraction and measurement are machines, because machines do not get bored on row 4,000.

01

Listen

We pull the raw text your buyers produce: reviews, Reddit and forum threads, live chat logs, sales call transcripts, on site search queries. Thousands of lines, not a survey of twelve people.

02

Extract

An LLM pipeline classifies every line by intent, objection and buying stage, then clusters them. A human reviews the clusters, because classification holds at scale and deduplication does not.

03

Instrument

Before anything ships we wire the measurement: server side events, offline conversion imports, a warehouse that joins ad spend to closed revenue. No page goes live unmeasured.

04

Act and prove

Pages, campaigns and fixes that answer the objections we found, then a monthly read on what moved, what did not, and what we are killing as a result.

Where we say no to automation

We automate extraction, classification, monitoring and reporting. We do not automate the writing, the strategy or the call with you. A pipeline is very good at finding the question. It is still bad at deciding which question is worth your budget this quarter.

The stack

The infrastructure most agencies bill you to rebuild every month

We built the tooling once so that reporting is a query, not a project. You get the outputs. You also get the repo.

Ingest

Signal collectors

Scheduled jobs pulling reviews, forum threads, Search Console, GA4, ad platforms and your CRM into one warehouse. Nothing lives in a spreadsheet on someone’s laptop.

Process

Classification pipeline

Intent and objection tagging over every line of customer language, with a human review gate before anything reaches a content brief.

Watch

Anomaly alerts

Traffic drops, indexation changes, tracking breaks and spend anomalies alert us before they reach your monthly report. Most months you hear about it from us first.

The signal grid

What a Waqzee report actually contains

Illustrative structure, not a promise of numbers. The point is the shape: every row ties an action to a commercial outcome, a cost, and a date you can hold us to.

Who is behind it

Built on a method that publishes its working

Waqzee grew out of the consulting practice of Zeeshan Bashir, an independent SEO and growth consultant with a Master’s in Business Analytics. The pain point research method, the forecasting models and the measurement frameworks we run here were developed and tested on live client accounts first.

He publishes the method openly rather than hiding it behind a pitch deck. The writing and studies are free to read, the forecasting tools are free to use, and nothing is gated behind an email form. If you want to judge how we think before you speak to anyone, start there.

Two ways in

Which one do you need?

A team to run it. Ongoing SEO, paid and measurement delivered by Waqzee, with the automation stack behind it. Start with the contact form.

A strategist for an hour. A second opinion, an audit reading, or help deciding whether you need an agency at all. That is a one to one with Zeeshan, and it is free.

Not sure? Take the consultation. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, you will hear that.

Straight answers

Questions worth asking any agency

What does data led actually mean here?

That every recommendation traces back to something observed rather than assumed. Buyer language we pulled and classified, search behaviour we measured, revenue we joined to spend in a warehouse. If we cannot show you where a recommendation came from, we do not make it.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody can guarantee rankings or return on ad spend, and guarantees are a sales tactic aimed at people who do not know that. What we commit to is a measurement setup you can audit and a monthly read that tells you the truth.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do, from day one, created under your credentials. Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, tag manager, the warehouse and the content. If you give notice tomorrow, nothing walks out with us.

How much of the work is AI?

Extraction, classification, monitoring and reporting are automated. Strategy, editorial and your account decisions are not. We tell you which is which inside the work itself, because hiding it would make the output less useful to you.

What is the minimum commitment?

Rolling monthly with thirty days notice. There is a three month honest caveat: search and paid both take time to show a real signal, and judging any agency after three weeks is unfair. That is an argument for patience, not for a contract you cannot exit.
