An agency built backwards, on purpose: measurement first
Most agencies ship the marketing and figure out the reporting later. That order is why so many clients end up with beautiful dashboards that answer no useful question. We do it the other way round. Nothing goes live here until we can prove what it did.
It started as a complaint about our own industry
Sit in enough handover meetings and the same scene repeats. A client is three months into a retainer, the slide deck is full of impressions, and nobody in the room can answer the only question the finance director asked: did any of this produce a sale.
The uncomfortable part is that the agency usually is not lying. They genuinely do not know, because the measurement was never wired properly and nobody wanted to say so.
Waqzee exists to close that gap with engineering rather than reassurance. If a claim cannot be traced to data we can show you, we do not make the claim.
Five things we will not do
Lead a report with a number that cannot change a decision
Ask for a twelve month commitment before showing a result
Create an account under our name that should be under yours
Guarantee a ranking or a return that nobody can guarantee
Use jargon to make you feel you should not ask a question
Each one is there because the research said it is what people complain about most. We would rather be measured against them than against a mission statement.
What data led looks like when you open the bonnet
Four stages, described honestly, including which parts are machines and which parts are people.
Collection, scheduled and boring
Jobs run on a schedule and pull review platforms, forum threads, on site search, chat transcripts, Search Console, GA4, ad platforms and your CRM into one warehouse. This is deliberately unglamorous. The value is that it never stops and never lives in a spreadsheet.
Classification, automated with a human gate
An LLM pipeline tags every line of customer language by intent, objection and buying stage, then clusters it. A person reviews the clusters before anything moves forward. We are explicit about this split because automated intent classification holds up at scale and automated deduplication does not.
Instrumentation, before anything ships
Server side events, offline conversion imports so closed revenue reaches the ad platforms, and warehouse joins between spend and outcome. This is the stage most agencies skip, and it is the reason their attribution and your accounts department disagree.
Judgement, which stays human
Deciding which objection is worth your budget this quarter, what to write, what to kill. A pipeline finds the questions. It does not know your margin, your capacity, or the deal your sales director is trying to close in March.
On AI, plainly
We use it heavily and we tell you where. It reads more customer language in an afternoon than a team could read in a month, and it is good at classification. It is not good at deciding what matters, and it is confidently wrong often enough that every output passes a person before it reaches you. Any agency that will not tell you which parts are automated is either hiding the machine or hiding the absence of one.
Four things, done properly, rather than everything
One of the clearest warning signs in this industry is an agency offering PPC, SEO, web design, branding, PR and TikTok with a team of four. This is our whole list.
Pain point SEO
Content and site structure built around the objections your buyers actually raise, not the keywords a tool ranked by volume.
Technical SEO
Crawl, indexation, speed, structured data and internal linking. The unglamorous work that decides whether the content had a chance.
Measurement engineering
Server side tracking, offline conversion imports, warehouse attribution. Often the first thing we do and often the most valuable.
Automation builds
Reporting pipelines, anomaly alerting and classification tooling, built in your stack and documented so your team can run it.
Waqzee is the delivery arm of an independent practice
The method we run here was developed by Zeeshan Bashir across live client work in automotive, ecommerce and FMCG, and refined through a Master’s in Business Analytics. Pain point research, the forecasting models, the measurement frameworks. All of it was tested on real accounts before it became a service.
That practice is still independent and still publishing. The studies and writing show the working. The forecasting and ROI tools are free and ungated. You can judge the thinking in an afternoon without speaking to a salesperson, which is roughly the point.
When to talk to Zeeshan instead of us
If you want a second opinion on an existing agency, a read on an audit somebody else produced, or an honest answer on whether you need an agency at all, that conversation is better one to one and it costs nothing.
If you already know you need a team to run it, come to us directly through the contact form.
Ask us the question your last agency dodged
Bring the report you did not believe, or the number your finance team keeps querying. We will tell you what it actually shows.
